Joining the team in 2012 after studying French and German at the University of Warwick, James has worked in many areas of the business, including operations, partnerships and business development.

After 4 years in the role of Head of Operations, James now works as Head of Commercial, overseeing our business development activities, L&D, quality assurance and process evolution. A big believer in tailoring our approach to suit the needs of each client, he relishes tapping into his creative side and coaching our business development team to conceive innovative solutions to help our clients succeed.

What James enjoys most about Comtec is working with such a friendly bunch of people and having the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks – no one day is ever the same.

Outside of work, James is a self-confessed ‘TV obsessive’, who loves to swim, travel, eat out and undertake ridiculously long walks to keep his step count high.
